If an item listed in catagory 1 is not to your satisfaction, you may return the item with full credit equal to the price of the item and any taxes. Unless otherwise specified in the packaging received, in order to receive this refund you should Email our customer service department at stepforward123@yahoo.com and discuss the reasoning for your dissatisfaction. Then the item must be mailed back to the address provided in the product's packaging no later than 7 calendar days of receipt.
Please note that any books, CD's or other Media that can be copied will not be eligible for return if it is not in the original sealed packaging that it came in unless the product is damaged, in which case, please see our exchange policy below.

For Catagory 2: all foam play centers and CF332-473, CF331-474, CF321-303: You must contact us for a return number and send it back to the address given to you with your return number within 25 days of reciept of goods. There is also a 15% restocking fee. These products if damaged during the shipment are not covered by our exchange policy.
For Catagory 3: all other products. You must contact us for a return number and send it back to the address given to you with your return number within 7 days of reciept of goods. There is also a 15% restocking fee. These products if damaged druing the shipment are not covered by our exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
If any products in catagory 1 are damaged in transit, and you would like to exchange the product, please notify us within 2 business days of receipt. Exchanges will be for the product originally ordered only, unless the product is discontinued in which case, a full refund will be issued.
